OFFICE RENOVATION AT 6900 - 54TH AVENUE SE
Our client was moving into new office space and had a 2 month window to complete the renovation and move in. We changed the floor plan to maximize the space for their needs and then executed that plan quickly after getting the building permit approved. The renovation consisted of:
Removing existing walls
Building new walls
New staff kitchen area
Racking plan and approval for warehouse
Bobbi brown removal
Our retail clients need quick turnarounds to remove storefronts and install new ones. The removal of Bobbi Brown retail area was completed in 2 nights.
Removed and disposed of all the millwork (First Night)
Made safe the in-floor power (First night)
Painted back wall and installed temporary side panels (2nd evening)
Ready for new retail storefront!
