DEVON +15 WASHROOM
Our client had a pipe leaking in the washroom ceiling. The ceiling drywall had to be removed and electrical made safe to repair the leak. We also provided fans to dry quickly dry the area and get started on the repair. This project was completed in 3 days as the washroom was located in the +15 and had to be back in operation quickly.

A water main break at the Sovereign building resulted in significant flooding of the P1 and P2 levels of the parkade. Build 360 was called in to repair the damages to the walls on both levels. The remediation required the removal of 2 damaged cinder block walls, removal of the walls in the elevator lobbies. We then rebuilt the cinder block walls, rebuilt the elevator lobbies and installed a new access door for future maintenance.
We responded to this emergency the day we received the call and guided our customer through the remediation process and permitting. Our quick, professional response was very appreciated by our client.
